Our Vision Statement

Is to revolutionize in-home supportive services by establishing comprehensive, compassionate, person-centered standards that prioritize dignity, autonomy, and well-being. By fostering collaboration among caregivers, healthcare professionals, and families, we empower individuals to thrive in their homes and communities, transforming home care into a model of holistic support and innovation.

Who We Are

Butterfly Stages of Life Home Care was founded in 2022 by healthcare professionals who witnessed firsthand the gaps in our care system. We saw families struggling to navigate complex healthcare transitions, children missing out on activities due to lack of support, and seniors feeling isolated in their own homes. Determined to make a difference, we created a company that truly bridges these gaps with compassionate, comprehensive in-home supportive services.

Real-Life Situations Where We Made a Difference

  • "One of our clients had five different doctors and nobody was communicating. His medications were conflicting, appointments were being missed. We became his central hub - now all his proverbs talk to us first. His health improved dramatically just from better coordination"
  • "We had a veteran who'd become isolated after his wife passed. Our caregiver not only helped with daily tasks but became a companion. Now he's back to playing chess at the senior center and even started a small garden again"
  • "A working mom was torn between her career and caring for her mother with dimentia. We created a care plan that included daily support and regular family updates. She recently got promoted because she could focus at work, knowing her mom was in good hands"
  • Hospital Sitter Story:

"Just last month, I got a call from a family whose 72-year-old grandmother had fallen and was hospitalized. The daughter lived two states away and couldn't get there for three days, but she was terrified her mom would be alone and confused in an unfamiliar place. We had one of our trained sitters there within hours. Not only did our sitter make sure grandma had help getting to the bathroom and eating her meals, but she also kept detailed notes for the family and communicated with the nursing staff. When the daughter finally arrived, she said 'I can't believe how calm and oriented mom is - I was expecting to find her so much worse.' The grandmother recovered faster because she had consistent, caring support during those crucial first days."
  • After-School Support Story:

"I remember working with a single dad who was a nurse working 12-hour shifts. His 9-year-old son was struggling in math and had to quit soccer because dad couldn't manage the pickup schedule. We paired them with one of our support specialists who picks up his son from school, helps with homework for an hour - his math grades went from C's to B's - and then drives him to soccer practice and stays until dad can pick him up after work. Last week, the boy scored his first goal of the season, and dad was actually able to be there to see it because we helped coordinate his schedule. The son went from being stressed about school to being excited about both learning and playing."
