My Journey: From Heartbreak to Hope
My journey into home care isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. I witnessed firsthand the heartbreaking disconnect between caregivers and those they’re entrusted to support. Too often, I saw caregivers accompany patients into clinics without even knowing their names, offering care that felt more like a transaction than a lifeline. The lack of compassion, respect, and proper training was alarming.
My turning point came when I discovered my mother, diagnosed with dementia, was being abused by a family member. I had to move her in with me overnight—unprepared, overwhelmed, and desperate for help. I turned to home care agencies, hoping for support, but instead found a system that failed us. The caregivers sent were undertrained, unvetted, and unfit to handle the complexities of dementia care.
These experiences lit a fire in me. I knew I couldn’t be the only one—and I refused to stand by while other families suffered the same fate. That’s why I’m stepping in. I want to build something better: compassionate, personalized, and professional care that treats every client like family—with dignity, understanding, and respect.
Whether I’m coordinating care, supporting individuals with dementia, or guiding families through the challenges of caregiving, I’m committed to making a meaningful difference—one person and one family at a time.

My Foundation of Excellence
With over 30 years in the healthcare industry, I bring both experience and expertise to every interaction. As a Certified Care Coordinator from Lehman College and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) by NCCDP, I understand the complexities of navigating healthcare systems and the specialized needs of dementia care. I’ve maintained my CPR certification for over 30 years, renewing it biannually to ensure I’m always prepared.
Most importantly, I’ve completed an intensive 8-course training program from the world’s top home care entrepreneur program, where I learned that our model is simple yet powerful: serve first. We are dedicated to providing excellent service through tailored care plans built on dignity and respect. I am also a lifetime member of this Powerful Tribe of Entrepreneurs, supporting one another and sharing how we serve better from our hearts and change the world one client at a time.
This isn’t just a career for me—it’s a calling. Every family I work with receives the same level of care, attention, and respect I wish my mother had received. Because in the end, we’re not just providing services; we’re restoring dignity, hope, and peace of mind to families when they need it most.
